This is also the HQ of our associate business - Australian Waxing Company -  (www.auswax.com.au) which, for over 30 years, has been a provider of products and training courses to beauty salons as well having a strong online B2B and B2C sales portal.  The two companies work closely and together this family run team of professionals offers an informal, yet passionate environment. 
The Position
RefectoCil Australia is expanding and this new role is ideal for a candidate with extensive customer service and office skills who has experience in the beauty industry. Our new team member will receive comprehensive product training and will report to the Company Directors.  
We seek a highly motivated, career minded professional to handle phone, email and showroom enquiries and sales. You will also liaise with our customers and assist with operations, including order processing and despatch for both businesses. 
This is a multi-faceted, senior position and presents an outstanding opportunity to expand your overall business skills, as well as be a representative for a prestigious, international brand. 
This is a full time position (Monday Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm).  

Job tasks and responsibilities
Handling In house customer service and sales enquiries
Supporting the National Educator in the implementation of training programs
Participating in achieving team sales targets
Accurate processing of customer orders using MYOB
Helping colleagues in order fulfillment and despatch
Collaborating in the development of marketing campaigns including email, social media and sales promotions
Involvement in prestigious beauty industry events including trade shows

Skills and experience
Minimum of 3 years beauty industry experience. Beauty therapy qualification is preferred 
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Accurate numeracy skills
Methodical and precise managing of client records.
Tertiary education advantageous
Proven experience in customer service, sales and support
Motivation to achieve team sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms and client database software, MYOB proficiency is preferred
Ability to multitask and collaborate with the team and/or work autonomously
Fit, agile and willing to assist in the physical handling of stock (cartons up to 15kg)

 

Salary & Benefits
$68k - $75k  + super + bonuses.  You will also be eligible to purchase discounted beauty products.
