Currently, we have a great opportunity for a Consumer Advocate. As the first point of contact for our Consumers, this role acts as brand ambassador for Stuart Alexander with the key focus is to provide empathetic and timely follow up to all consumer/end user queries.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the key responsibilities include:
Respond to consumer enquiries, product information and complaints.
Deliver outstanding consumer service consistent with the Stuart Alexander values
Resolve consumer issues and enquiries from and via multiple sources (phone, email, web, and social media)
Follow-up on consumer enquiries and issues to ensure they are resolved and satisfied.
Maintain current knowledge of SACo products, promotions, and brands.
If you possess the following:
Positive 'can do' attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong MS Office knowledge, experience using Salesforce is essential.
Ability to build great relationships with customers.
Maintains composure under pressure and handles stress well.
