DOMI Construction is seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

DOMIs portfolio includes commercial, retail and office fitouts, new commercial builds, residential developments, and private homes including large scale renovations, extensions and new home builds.
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing invaluable support across a range of projects from estimating through to delivery. You will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and pride yourself on your ability to build relationships and successfully manage expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Complete accurate take offs from plans
Issue packages to specific trades/suppliers and manage RFIs
Create proposals for tender submissions
Closely track tender progress/timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
FIT OUT / CONSTRUCTION
Provide administrative support to the Directors, General Manager and team of Project Managers
Collation and Preparation of a site specific OHSE safety plans and SWMS for each job prior to the commencement of works.
Apply for and obtain all necessary approvals and permits to facilitate construction works- building permits, council permits, health permits
Coordinate site specific inductions and site set ups as required
Coordinate ordering of materials/goods to site as required
Raise and issue POs and variations
Document project meeting minutes and distribute as required
GENERAL OFFICE TASKS
Office management including ordering of supplies/sundries
Coordinate photography of projects on completion
General ad hoc tasks as required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Min 1-3 years experience in similar role
Excellent administrative skills
Able to work independently and effectively and take full ownership of responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong work ethic with laser sharp attention to detail
Be well organised, with high level verbal and written communication skills; and
Be proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Project.
