Administration and Operations Support

On Tap Services is growing fast and needs an Admin and Operations support person to join our young and exciting team. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced and fun environment we want to hear from you! Ideally suited for someone with Property Management experience or similar Real Estate Industry experience.

  • Great on the phone and when dealing with the team, both written and verbal.

  • Experienced with a proven track record in a client-facing and time-critical administration role.
  • Experienced in the construction/trade industry with basic knowledge of Electrical & Plumbing trades - is an advantage (not essential)
  • Experienced in scheduling (although this isn't essential - we'll help you pick this up)
  • Someone who will be proactive in wanting to help improve the running of the office.

We need your help with these tasks...

  • Being the first port of call for inbound customer inquiries
  • Call tenants and clients to schedule jobs
  • Support the Operations team in admin and customer service duties
  • Liaise with staff in regards to expense and supporting documents
  • Maintain supplier and client/ job records online
  • Assisting the Accounts Receivable team
  • Assisting the management team where requested
  • Support management at board and executive meetings

Essential Criteria:

  • Have the right to work in Australia.
  • Ideally have experience with Xero, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in an accounts & admin focused position
  • Experience as a Property Manager or similar role within the Real Estate industry
  • Ability to multitask with various responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
