Administration Officer

Farizons Management Pty Ltd is a leading childcare management company with services located in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and New Zealand.  

We are seeking a dynamic office all-rounder with accounts payable experience to join our friendly and supportive team to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract.  

The role encompasses:

  • Administration management including general office duties 
  • General assistance to the head office team
  • Liaising with our childcare services and assisting as required 
  • Relief reception duties 
  • Daily entry of supplier invoices
  • Processing creditor payments as required
  • Issuing purchase orders as required 

You will require:

  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MYOB AccountRight 
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team
  • Professional team player with a positive attitude 

The hours of work are full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
