Assistant Accountant Perth
AmSpec is a market leader in independent inspection, testing, verification and specialized technical services to the Oil, Gas and Chemical sector (exploration, production, refining, storage, transportation) and to the Marine, Minerals and Agricultural sectors.
Full time position based in our Fremantle head office.
Primary Responsibilities: This roles primary purpose is to provide support to the Financial Controller.
Credit Card Reconciliation
Bank accounts reconciliation
Reconciliation of hours against payroll
Asset register maintenance
Providing administration support
Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
Must be an Australian citizen or demonstrate the right to live and work in Australia
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication written and verbal
Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
Ability to work unsupervised, both individually and as part of a small team
XERO experience desirable
Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
