Sun Station is a rapidly growing business mainly focusing on residential and commercial solar systems sales and installation across Victoria. We are aiming to provide our customers an easy and stress-free product-service package from the initial consultation to rebate application, installation, and aftersales supports.
We are building our company reputation among the communities and expecting to have a long-term relationship with our clients. Due to recent growth, we are now looking for two energetic business representatives to join our team. Position Business Representative
Generate leads and drive sales of Sun Station solar products and services on both residential and commercial sectors.
Use your own professional methods to actively attract new customers and close deals.
Visit clients onsite at residential and commercial properties to provide the most suitable solar solutions and make the sales.
Resolve customer queries. Maintain records of customer interactions and customer account information.
Follow up on customers and maintain relationships with clients.
Maintain a high level of lead-to-sales conversion rate.
Working autonomously most of the time while regularly meeting with colleagues to provide feedback, generate ideas, and to grow as a team.
This is a both outbound and inbound sales position

What you will bring
A high level of lead-to-sales conversion rate. Sales experience preferred. Solar experience an advantage.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Great phone and conversation handling skills.
Reliability. The work is highly autonomous requiring excellent time management skills and self-discipline.
Highly self-motivated, passionate for performance and sales, and results focused.
Well-presented and excellent presentation skills. Language requirements: Fluent in both English and mandarin.
Strong learning and information management skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, one drive and Google Doc, Sheet, google drive.
Honest character and a clean record with the ability to pass a National Police Check.
A valid Australian Visa.
