We have a great opportunity in our Eastern store, with an attractive remuneration package, for the 'right' person. You are our customers first port of call. They know you will find it for them and get it to them. You are highly service focussed and understand building materials, have a passion for hardware and understand the stages of building. You wont be afraid to jump into the yard and help pick orders.
You Will Be Responsible For: *Handling and Processing of Phone/Email Orders *Produce Customer Quotes as required *Processing paperwork in accordance with Company Procedures *Picking and packing orders if required
Skills/Knowledge/Experience *Customer Focus, ability to provide service to all customers *Ability to use a computer system *Understanding of simple mathematical calculations ie %, *Ability to work under pressure *Ability to work as part of a team *Good attention to detail *Good communication skills both written and verbal *Hunger to achieve sales and to exceed customer expectations * Understanding of building process and/or knowledge of building materials and timber would be an advantage * Forklift Licence desirable, but not essential * Car Licence
