Administration Officer

Based in our Springfield Office, we are seeking a hardworking, proactive and dynamic individual to support our Team in delivering excellence. 

The responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for our PHN, by managing reception functions (including answering phones, greeting visitors, fielding general enquires and arranging meetings and bookings) 
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondences 
  • Supporting all day to day office functions
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Support and assist in the coordination of events, meetings and activities 
  • Provide secretariat support for meetings 

Selection criteria:

  • 2 years in a similar role with proven experience
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Be self driven and adaptable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Be able to work with a team on fast moving tasks.
