Central Monitoring Services are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts / Administrator All-rounder to work as part of a small team for a 12 Month Maternity leave contract with the possibility to extend. We are a family owned and operated Alarm Monitoring Security company and we pride ourselves on being a leader in our field for over 30 years.
We are looking for a staff member who is available to work Monday-Thursday. This is an extremely varied role for the successful candidate and will suit a person who can use their own initiative whilst working with minimal supervision.
Accounts / Administration All rounder
Successful candidates will:
Be eligible for a 1E security license (must have no criminal record, be over 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Australia).
Must have experience using XERO.
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable tasks including raising invoices and bills.
Respond to accounts queries from our suppliers and clients.
Follow up unpaid customer and bureau invoices.
Strong Microsoft Office experience, good phone manner and written skills are prerequisites for the job.
Administration and Ad hoc duties
Great work ethic, able to take initiative and be self-motivated.
Willingness to learn all aspects of the office within a busy security company.
On the job training provided for use of SIMS software
Undertaking other responsibilities as required and directed by Management.
Strong attention to detail
Have own transport.
