About the role
Campaspe Shire Council are searching for an enthusiastic Project Officer with 1-2 years of experience, to work with the guidance of Senior Project Managers on the delivery of a diverse capital works program. The assortment of projects range from civil roadworks, storm water drainage, building refurbishments and renewals, recreation reserves, playground upgrades, historical wharf and paddle-steamer maintenance, plus many more.
The ideal candidate will have some relevant project management experience and will be eager to further develop and grow their project management career.
To be successful for this role you will require:
Degree or Diploma in project management (or related field), or due to be completed in the next 6 months.
1-2 years experience working within a project team/project environment (civil, open space, buildings and structures etc)
Ability to manage time, priorities and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills including written and oral skills.
Valid Drivers licence
This is a Band 6 role ($85,473.00 per annum plus super) in accordance with the Campaspe Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2019.
