Were looking for an experienced Production Coordinator / Operations Assistant to assist with the development of online courses and general business tasks as required:
Responsibilities and duties are varied and include:
Office and general administration duties
Organise talent and locations in Australia and Internationally
Obtain and negotiate quotes as required
Organise onset requirements around filming
Administration such as timesheets, invoices and general HR support
Reports and tasks for CEO, Production lead as required
Tasks as required to ensure the smooth functioning of our teams
Requirements for this role include:
* 7 years plus in production coordination and/or office management role
* Exceptional written and verbal skills
* Outstanding organisational abilities
* Proficiency in office-related and project management software
Our team operates in-house in Byron Bay and remotely around Australia and other parts of the world. You will need to work from our Byron Bay office and work flexible hours as required.
