Operations Assistant

Were looking for an experienced Production Coordinator / Operations Assistant to assist with the development of online courses and general business tasks as required:

Responsibilities and duties are varied and include:

 

  • Office and general administration duties
     
  • Organise talent and locations in Australia and Internationally
     
  • Obtain and negotiate quotes as required
     
  • Organise onset requirements around filming
     
  • Organise travel
     
  • Administration such as timesheets, invoices and general HR support
     
  • Reports and tasks for CEO, Production lead as required
     
  • Tasks as required to ensure the smooth functioning of our teams
     

Requirements for this role include:

* 7 years plus in production coordination and/or office management role

* Exceptional written and verbal skills

* Outstanding organisational abilities

* Proficiency in office-related and project management software

Our team operates in-house in Byron Bay and remotely around Australia and other parts of the world. You will need to work from our Byron Bay office and work flexible hours as required.
