About the role
As the Project Administrator you will support the effective management of commercial development and accommodation projects for government property assets / portfolios, within the Development & Transactions team. Tasks that you will undertake will include:
Support the Senior Manager/Director and project team in the delivery of commercial office accommodation and development projects for NSW Government,
- Assist the team in the preparation of programs, briefs, reports and other documentation,
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, issues and managing variations
- Support the team to co-ordinate meetings with key stakeholders
- Support project financial management activities including invoice payments, SAP reporting and budget analysis

To be successful in this role you will have:
- initiative to plan and prioritise individual and team workload
- experience working in a support or administrative role
- ability to manage multiple priorities and proven time management skills
- strong skills in Microsoft office
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, and manages the state’s significant property portfolio. The experienced team use proven development and project management practices to deliver projects and transactions to meet Government objectives in accordance with Government policy.
