Project Administrator (Targeted)

  • Ongoing full-time role based in Queanbeyan
  • Salary starting from $72,418 per annum + superannuation (Clerk Grade 3/4)

About the role

As the Project Administrator you will support the effective management of commercial development and accommodation projects for government property assets / portfolios, within the Development & Transactions team. Tasks that you will undertake will include:

Support the Senior Manager/Director and project team in the delivery of commercial office accommodation and development projects for NSW Government,

  • Assist the team in the preparation of programs, briefs, reports and other documentation,
  • Prepare reports on project status, risks, issues and managing variations
  • Support the team to co-ordinate meetings with key stakeholders
  • Support project financial management activities including invoice payments, SAP reporting and budget analysis

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • initiative to plan and prioritise individual and team workload
  • experience working in a support or administrative role
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and proven time management skills
  • strong skills in Microsoft office
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

The Planning, Industry and Environment Cluster was formed in 2019. The Cluster drives greater levels of integration and efficiency across key areas such as long-term planning, precincts, housing, property, infrastructure priorities, open space, the environment, our natural resources – land, water, mining – energy, and growing our industries. There is a strong emphasis on regional NSW.

Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, and manages the state’s significant property portfolio. The experienced team use proven development and project management practices to deliver projects and transactions to meet Government objectives in accordance with Government policy.
