Executive Assistant/Office Administrator

Southern Suburbs Perth, permanent part-time, three days per week, Suited to Office Manager or EA seeking flexibility/work-life balance, Supporting the manager/own in admin, accounts and social media duties.

Our client is an established, family-owned business leading Automotive Motorhome bodybuilder/conversion dealer. To continue their success, we are looking for an experienced person EA/Office Administrator. You will work alongside the Manager/owner, providing support with all administration, accounts, social media, and other business touchpoints.
 
The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent computer skills (you must MYOB experience
  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and take the initiative.
  • Ability to present professionally and offer a high level of customer service. 
On offer:
Salary will be negotiated on experience and offered at a pro-rata rate. 
Workdays/hours can be negotiated at the interview stage.
