We have a part time position open at our Rhodes Office in the role of Customer Service Support. The role entails receiving calls from our customers, replying to emails and managing all facets of customer order placement.
Working with our customer service team you will be liaising with sales staff, accounts staff and management.
You must have proven experience in the field of customer service and reception with a pleasant phone manner. Have a friendly open attitude and must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Furthermore, you must be accurate in your work and customer follow up. Having good word and excel skills is an advantage as these will be tested in house.
As our business focuses on the Food Service and Retail Food business, experience in these backgrounds will be preferred.
Administration duties will include raising Sales Orders, Invoicing, corresponding with customers, general filing, preparation of price lists and other word document requirements.
There will be very busy times and you will need to manage the workload and customer service level.
Candidates need to be well presented in smart casual clothing at all times as we have customers come in for pick ups and appointments.
Part time weekly hours will be between 16-24 hours. Friday is a full day.
