Senior Mobile Crusher Supervisor
Roster - 2 : 1 ( 14 days work, 7 days off )
The ideal candidate must possess following:
Minimum 5 years experience in mobile crusher operations and maintenence
Previous experience on Metso/Terex Finlay mobile crushers and screens;
Mechanical/hydraulic knowledge of mobile jaw crushers, cone crusher and screens.

Section 44 Certificate
Planning skills, supervision skills.
Ability of leading the team to work to production targets and managing competing priorities in a high volume work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assume overall leadership and responsibility for the mobile crusher operation to ensure compliance with the site and government regulations, specifications, permits and licences as well as meeting the agreed production target.
Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall production and maintenance schedule to ensure all mobile crusher works are carried out in an organised and efficient manner and that the company's and client's health and safety as well as production requirements are met.
Manage and promote a harmonious Supervision team; lead by example, offer solutions and provide motivational guidance to the supervision team.
Coordinate the supervision of multiple work crews including production crew, maintenance crew and specialist subcontractors supporting the mobile crusher operation and facilitate effective communication systems with all parties.
Schedule regular meetings with the supervision, engineering and HSE team inclusive of subcontractors where applicable, that will promote and develop positive working relationships through open communication and shared cooperation at all times.
Collaborate with the Site Manager/Superintendent on the economic aspects of the mobile crusher operation including budgeting costs, tracking crew and project performance, making progress claims and negotiating supply contracts with vendors for parts, materials and consumable.
Provide to the Site Manager/Superintendent up-to-date resource forecasts outlining labour requirements.
Prevent the use of defective plant, equipment and power tools and arrange for their prompt repair.
Responsible for the health and safety of the personnel under your span of control and assist with the overall safety performance as well as engaging in incident investigations with site HSE. Provide leadership and direction on HSE matters at the pre-start, toolbox and Client meetings and on meeting/exceeding HSET KPI set for the operation. Identify, assess and control workplace hazards through regular inspections. Act on rectifying and closing out hazards reported by site personnel in a timely manner. Facilitate, review and authorise Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) completed by work crews to ensure the content is relevant and applicable, has the appropriate control measures and is understood and signed by the work crew. Ensure that work is carried out as planned and that health and safety is integrated into all site work practices. Ensure that all mobile crusher personnel are trained and competent for the work that they are carrying out. Review on a regular basis the safety performance of the project and provide feedback to all site personnel. Review all incidents and near misses and initiate appropriate remedial action to prevent similar events reoccurring. Analyse incident trends periodically.

Willingness of male candidates to be clean shaven for the use of P2 respirators
