AquaManage specialise in providing superior on-site and off-site technical support and equipment maintenance pertaining to Water and Wastewater Treatment plant, processes and technologies including Membranes, Ultraviolet disinfection, Chlorination, Chemical Dosing and conditioning. We are actively routinely servicing 60+ treatment facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand, mostly in regional and remote areas.
We are seeking a field Service Engineer with experience in the Water Industry, with Ultrafiltration, Microfiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Demineralisation, Chemical Conditioning and Conventional Treatment processes including Coagulation, Flocculation, Media Filters, etc. to travel and support our loyal Customer base.
The role will suit somebody looking for a new challenge within a very experienced team of dedicated professionals.
Duties of the Position include:
Servicing customer water treatment plant including planned maintenance, breakdown maintenance and off-site technical support.
Provide superior Customer Service, technical advice, troubleshooting, technical support and operator training.
Provide Project Management/Supervision, Installation and Commissioning of new plant and upgrades.
Consider opportunities for upgrades, spare parts, capital equipment and other services.
Provide clear and detailed reports of all work carried out including plant operating data, performance trends (using SCADA, dataloggers, etc.) and recommendations to improve plant efficiencies.
Developing client relationships with focus on Customer Service.
Working in remote locations across Australia and New Zealand.
Adhere to AquaManages accredited QA, OH&S+E Integrated Management System.

Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrated field Service experience in the Water Industry.
Suitable Trade or Engineering qualifications.
Current Drivers license.
Experience and ability to work autonomously in regional and remote areas of Australia and New Zealand, sometimes at very short notice.
High level of initiative, flexibility and excellent time management.
Proven report writing skills.
