About the Role

As a Site Manager with Selah Homes, you will report directly to the Project Manager and undertake bespoke residential projects typically valued between $400k and $3m. The sites are located throughout Adelaide and you will be required to liaise with clients, with a strong focus on communication and providing a positive client experience. You will successfully run projects with hands on capabilities, the ability to effectively problem solve and a positive attitude. Responsibilities 

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications
  • Work with the Project Manager in the design and pre-construction phase of project to provide buildability
  • Always have safety at the forefront of your mind and ensure site cleanliness and a positive representation of Selah Homes brand
  • Ensure a quality product and service is being delivered

Skills and Experience

  • Site Supervisors license is essential- 2 storey minimum
  • Trade Qualified Carpenter is desired
  • You will have at least 2 years experience working within a custom home building environment
  • You must have a strong work ethic with the highest level of integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural rapport building skills
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Ability to effectively problem solve with a positive attitude
