We work closely with our stakeholders and partners to help the University achieve its goals and targets, and to inspire people to choose Curtin.
The Marketing Operations and Engagement team drives digital marketing innovation and student recruitment activities at Curtin to keep pace with the market, improve effectiveness and meet changing customer expectations. The team is responsible for the creation and management of a seamless digital marketing experience, marketing insights and account based marketing including future student outreach and recruitment strategies.
In this role you will…
Assist the Digital Engagement team with general website and digital marketing asset maintenance for strategic projects and advertising campaigns.
Utilise WordPress to assist with managing web content across the University Marketing portfolio of websites as required to meet reputation and recruitment KPIs.
Edit written and visual content to a high standard, and to align with best practice and Curtin University Brand & Marketing style guides.
Work closely with the Digital Engagement team to ensure Curtin’s web presence complies with the relevant standards, legislation, policies and brand guidelines underpinning Curtin’s Web Management Framework.

We are looking for someone with…
Completion of, or progress towards a relevant degree
Strong ability to manage digital communication channels and content management systems, specifically WordPress and a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and Analytics principles
Basic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop
Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with the ability to create content with consideration of the user journey and target audience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to use discretion and knowledge to determine appropriate action
Organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
