Construction Administrator

Jordan Plumbing is a leading Plumbing contractor in South Australian and the Northern Territory, currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join the team in Darwin. 



The role of the Construction Administrator is to manage the day to day administration tasks of the Northern Territory Office and provide support to the Project Managers and Site Teams. 


Tasks and Duties 

  • Creating, reviewing and maintaining project documentation
  • Assisting Project Manager with estimating and tenders
  • Issuing progress claims, tax invoices and following up payments
  • Liaising between Project Manager, Site Manager & Clients


Experience and skills

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Hold a current a valid Australian drivers licence 
  • Have the ability to work with conflicting deadlines and competing demands
  • Be able to work both independently and as a team 
  • Have proven negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Have a minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
