Account Arrears Management

Position Overview:

The Account Arrears Management position is responsible for membership arrears. The job role requires you to be able to assist members by collecting overdue funds or setting up successful payment plans to lower the amount of total overdue members in each club.

Account Arrears Management Handler Primary Duties Include:

  • Responsible for overdue members & ensuring total amount does not exceed monthly budget
  • Responsible for minimising debt collection clients 
  • Liaising with Debit Success and Club ware regarding members accounts.
  • Responsible for member retention strategies & implementation.
  • Responsible for 3 clubs accounts 

About you

The ideal candidate will take an proactive approach to looking after member accounts & has prior call centre experience with outbound calls.  The candidate must have the  ability to provide a high degree of administrative support to both internal and external clients whilst working in a fast pace working environment.

You will be a key administrative point of contact and will need to ensure enquiries from clients about their accounts are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.  

The 3 clubs you will currently support will be WA & NSW based, however the position will be based at our Maitland Office.

Prior fitness industry experience isnt necessary.
