Precision Mechanical Service is a thriving Australian owned commercial air-conditioning company with over 30 employees. Located in Melbourne's South East suburbs in Carrum Downs. Precision Mechanical service all types of commercial and industrial clients within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

Precision Mechanical Service is looking for an experienced Administration clerk with MYOB book keeping experience. You will be required to have a minimum 3 years experience in administration office environment.  The role will predominantly be office administration and support to the Accounts department.

  • Good phone manner and general office skills to perform administrative duties with the office environment.  
  • Strong organisational skills, with an emphasis on time management.

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) MYOB.
  • Book keeping or accounts experience would be favorable however training provided.  
  • The position on offer is a permanent full time role comprising of 5 days 8am to 430pm.
