Were looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and assist with Account Management, Project Management and inter-team / partner communication.
Responsibilities and tasks are highly varied and include:
Customer service oversight
Project/development and management
Inter-team and partner communication
Operational and day to day tasks required by the CEO
Tasks as required to ensure the smooth functioning of our teams
Requirements for this role include:
* 7 years plus in a senior office management/ executive assistant role
* Exceptional written and verbal skills
* Outstanding organisational abilities
* Proficiency in office-related software packages including Excel / Apple Numbers
* Current Drivers license and vehicle
Our team operates in-house in Byron Bay and remotely around Australia and other parts of the world. You will need to work from our Byron Bay office 3 days per week after an on-boarding period (likely 3 months)
