Administration & Accounts Support Officer

Smartstream Technology, an Australian owned company, has built a solid reputation in the civil construction industry over the past 15 years, accomplishing challenging projects using innovative designs & construction methods. We are industry experts in civil engineering disciplines, precast concrete products and boast a line of specialty manufactured inground plastic products.

We are currently seeking an Administration and Accounts Support person for our WA Head office to join our team. Previous experience in the following disciplines is essential if you are to be successful in this role.

  • Management of Creditor and Debtor invoices
  • Preparation and Management of Payroll
  • Record keeping
  • General administration answering and directing telephone calls.
  • Attending to mail and banking etc.

About you 

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
  • Certificate IV in Business or Business Administration or higher 
  • Previous experience in managing company accounts.
  • Career minded with an appetite for training and upskilling.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
