Monday to Friday excellent hourly rate

The Role

As the Reception / Administration Assistant your role will see you looking after a broad set of functions supporting the Office Manager and our external Accountant. The main functions of the role include:

  • Reception
  • Assisting with enquiries from both suppliers and customers via both phone and email
  • Raising of jobs, collating paperwork, invoicing, timesheets and
  • Various ad-hoc administration duties

Your Background

To be successful for this opportunity you must have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a small team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The enthusiasm and attitude to make the most of the opportunity
