What will I be doing
Our high-performing Marketing and Communications team is a crucial part of achieving Vision Super's goals and delivering fantastic service for our members. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality design solutions for corporate communications and corporate identity and enhancing Vision Supers positioning in the marketplace.
This isnt the definitive list, but among other work you will:
Champion and protect the integrity of Vision Supers brand
Maintain Vision Supers brand guidelines and digital artefacts/library as well as providing guidance and expertise in brand application
Design and develop communications and publications materials material through collaboration with internal stakeholders to delivery high quality and timely outcomes
Design Product Disclosure Statement templates in Microsoft Word for future use as well as making changes to existing documents
Support the team with the design and development of Microsoft templates to be used across the business
Support the team in the creation and development of written communications and delivery of written and verbal content
Support the team with execution of marketing campaign activities
Support the team in the planning and implementation of improvement initiatives.
What are the essential qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
Five+ years experience in a graphic designer role
High competency with computer skills and with keeping up to date with latest trends and developments in application technology to ensure that the work produced is up to industry standards
Proven experience working within Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically designing presentations with PowerPoint
The ability to work in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, as required
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work effectively with members, staff and external contacts
A tertiary degree in a related discipline, accreditation or relevant work experience.
