The Role If you are super organised, passionate about providing the highest level of customer service, and ensuring every engagement is undertaken with client centric approach. Reporting to the Office Manager the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Manage an email inbox responding and resolving customer queries.
Ensuring all customer call are dealt with in a timely manner.
Liaise with various departments, branches and agents to arrange, confirm and follow up on consignment movements.
Maintain ownership of escalated enquiries and ensure a timely response is provided.
Verifying POD’s as required
Generate, action and follow up on internal reporting/discrepancies
Identify and escalate inefficient practices for the purpose of improving/streamlining processes.
Success Looks Like This
Previous Transport Administration experience will be highly regarded
Customer Centric approach
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail to facilitate accuracy of information
Ability to work independently and determine and action the correct response/solution
A can-do attitude and positive mindset
Proficient in in Microsoft office suite
Excellent presentation and communication
