Waco Kwikform is recognised as a leading supplier of scaffolding and falsework across Australia and New Zealand, supplying some of the largest commercial and residential construction, mining and petrochemical, civil engineering and entertainment projects.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator. The role is initially for 12 months however, in time you may be able to become a full time field sales representative. You will be based at our Rosehill branch on commencement but we will soon be relocating to brand new premises at Arndell Park.
You may have some previous experience in a Internal Sales role however, this is not essential. Your initiative, energy and drive and customer focused attitude will make you stand out from the crowd.
You will also be a safety focused person who takes pride in the quality of your work. You are a flexible team player who is willing to learn and be hands on in a role which requires you to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Typical duties for this role include:
Typing quotes and sending quotes to clients
Assisting and supporting sales team members
Maintaining the CRM database
Lead generation through relevant databases
Conducting client reference checks and providing customer support
Handling new customers enquires via email or phone
Preparing tenders and other documentation
