Customer Service Officer - Maternity Leave Contract
GMK is a Specialist Logistics Provider to the Floor Covering market. With a reputation second to none that has been forged over 50 years, our business continues to go from strength to strength. With nationwide facilities, we are looking to appoint a Customer Service Officer for a maternity leave cover.
This role will be best suitable to any entry level, junior candidate that is looking to get their foot into the Transport & Logistics industry.
Key duties of this role: Efficient and error-free data entry. Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met for all clients. Providing 100% satisfactory Customer Service to all of our client base. General administration/clerical duties. Attending to customer service phone call enquiries. General Reception duties.
This is a critical role that requires great attention to deal and above average time management skills.
