Accounts Receivable / Data Entry

PowerClear Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Data Entry assistant in our Burleigh office.  

As an Accounts Receivable / Data Entry assistant you will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and be able to multi-task.

Role Requirements

  • Experience with MYOB
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel 
  • Full Accounts Receivable function 
  • Strong history of Client Invoicing
  • Precise data entry across Accounts Receivable 
  • Data reporting with a high level of detail and accuracy 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • General administration tasks

The position is full time (Monday to Friday). 

Payrate to be determined based on previous experience and qualifications.
