We are seeking a Full Time Plumbing Co-Ordinator - Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will have confidence and be self-motivated, as well as computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential. A good work ethic and professionalism are a must. 

Previous experience in plumbing industry will be an advantage. 

 

Office Duties include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Assisting Directors and Management in daily office tasks.
  • Multi-tasking between Administration and Project requirements. 
  • Designing filing systems. Filing and other ad hoc duties as required daily and weekly. 
  • Liaising with Clients to assist with queries or site requests. 
  • Manage computer programs for large commercial plumbing projects.
  • Assisting in purchasing of materials.
  • Collating Operation & Maintenance Manuals for large projects. 
  • Assisting in the implementation of office systems and maintaining company databases. 
  • Maintaining office procedures.
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable. 
  • Assisting with OHS company requirements. 
  • Contributing to a team effort by accomplishing required results.
