We're looking for an experienced Google Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join our fast paced, fast growing Digital Performance Agency.

You will not only be looking to improve conversion rates through our various User Journeys but also support our team in supplying accurate reports and data integration, and the go to trouble-shooter on all things data. You will be the connector between our media buying team, design and development team and also our client management team, ensuring that ad costs and quality meet client demand.
Design, delivery and implementation of digital analytics initiatives for the business
Measurement and analysis of campaign activity and ROI including customer segmentation
Tracking using Google Analytics and Tag Manager and behavioural analysis
Create actionable insights and drive commercial recommendations
Reporting, automation and dashboard development to fall in line with media buying improvement
Host weekly meetings to present active split test results with the team, and brainstorm new ideas and concepts for continuous improvement.
Setup, manage, report and promote successful split tests using Google Optimize including browser stack testing.
Ongoing testing and troubleshooting of potential issues or drop in conversions utilising insight tools like Google Analytics and HotJar.
Project management of all new designs and development items pertaining to CRO and new campaigns ensuring that end to end tracking and data delivery is implemented and tested.
Experience and Ability
Expert understanding and applied application of Google analytics and site tagging
Proven experience in a Digital Analytics role including campaign analysis, visualization and insights ( a minimum of 3 years +)
Strong data visualization and reporting skills
Hands on Experience with Google Optimize, Zapier and other data validation and reporting tools and setting up API's
Strong data visualization, reporting and attention to detail
Knowledge with buying media through Social, Search and Native
Experience working with a performance agency focused on lead acquisition preferable
Have a performance mindset who is always striving to improve margins, scale delivery and maximise opportunities
