About the Position This newly created position is critical to the success of the procurement function and will be responsible for managing procurement operations across the business including tasks such as procure to pay and buying activities.
Leading and managing one direct report, specific responsibilities of this position will include:
Driving efficiencies across the procurement function
Managing end to end procurement operation activities
Preparation of spend reports for key internal stakeholders
Working closely with other key team members to ensure a smooth E2E procurement process
Manage all internal and external audit activities with respect to contract administration and procurement, including supplier risk assessments.
Coordinate a variety of risk assessments (IT, Cyber, BCM, Risk).
About You To be considered for this position, you will hold a relative degree and have at least 5 years of relevant exposure. You will have strong interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to multitask. You will ideally come from a financial services industry background and have exposure to the following systems: ARIBA, Concur and Corporate Travel systems.
