G.J Gardner Homes, one of Australia's most respected building companies is seeking a positive and energetic full time Junior Customer Service Administrator/Receptionist to help us continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

This position requires someone who can communicate on all levels, has a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and should anticipate a customer focused role.

The position is available for immediate commencement and will provide an opportunity to build your skills and play an integral part of our team. Your remuneration package will be individually designed based on personal qualifications and experience.

Tasks

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Job acceptance from Sales Consultants
  • Engaging and monitoring of drafting companies and engineers
  • Job administration from job acceptance through to construction
  • Assist Construction Supervisors with job updates
  • All general administration/reception tasks
