The Company

We are a mid-sized Australian owned and operated civil construction group comprising of multiple businesses. We have proudly consolidated our position as an industry leader within the water infrastructure sector. Currently employing more than 130 FT staff and countless contractors, sub contractors and flexible workforce, we are experiencing a significant growth period and are looking to grow our team. With long term, secure contracts in place, the next several years will be an exciting journey for everyone.  

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to provide expertise to ensure projects are planned and executed at a high standard,  are delivered on-time, on-budget and meet our clients expectations. 

This role will be ideal for someone who:

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 10 15 years experience in civil construction / small scale capital works 
  • Engineering degree (or similar) or relevant working experience
  • Water Industry experience is highly desired but is by no means mandatory  
  • Exceptional problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Can demonstrate initiative, takes ownership and enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experienced in delivery of projects to an exceptionally high standard, safely, on time and within budget
  • Thorough understanding of appropriate OH&S Regulations, Australian Standard and Codes of Practice
  • Multitasking abilities, advanced organisational and influencing skills
