Event and Ambassador Administrator - Melbourne CBD required by a busy not-for-profit professional association. Excellent organisational skills, phone manner and verbal communication skills are essential.
Massage & Myotherapy Australia is a not-for-profit association with a membership base of approx 8,600. In this busy and important role you will be responsible for all administration pertaining to the Associations Continuing Professional Education and volunteer Ambassadors.

Responsibilities and Duties include:
Develop and create collateral for CPEs nationally;
Event co-ordination including pre-event planning, promotion, logistics, registration and reporting and speaker and facilitator support;
Management of CPE events (face-to-face and online) and ensure necessary promotion including uploading to the Association website and mailouts (via email);
Communicate with presenters, facilitators and venues;
Facilitate ongoing relationships with presenters, facilitators and venues;
Administer evaluation data for events and develop reports;
Enter CPE data into database (Coresoft);
Administration of Volunteer Ambassador Program including (but not exclusively) Regional Meetings, co-ordinating volunteers to represent Massage & Myotherapy Australia at industry events, Ambassador News contributor, management of Ambassador collateral and recruitment of Ambassadors strategies;
Collaborate with Association Manager and other team members as directed;
Customer Service and Phone response;
Other duties as directed by the Association Manager, Team Supervisor and CEO.
May require some travel and weekend work as required
This is a part-time (2 day per week) role with a view to increasing to full-time. The position is available as a 12-month contract in the first instance that requires an individual that will bring a "can do" attitude to a hardworking and supportive team.
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 pro-rata plus Superannuation - Commensurate with experience.
