This position will attract and retain Members and nurture Corporate Partners to ensure Reconciliation WA offers relevancy and value, maintaining long term, valued relationships which contribute to the Reconciliation vision for our State. This role is part of the team committed to delivering the strategic priorities of Reconciliation WA.

Ensure a sustainable membership model for Reconciliation WA through co-designing, coordinating, engaging, implementing and evaluating a Membership architecture and experience that provides value and relevancy. Engage appropriately with Members to provide an excellent service and focus on continuous improvement of the Member experience.
In partnership with the RWA team, position and profile the value and impact of Membership through relationships, promotion and positive member experiences.
Co-ordinate the service to corporate partnerships that are aligned to Reconciliation WAs purpose and strategy, delivering on the agreed outcomes that exceed the expectations of our partners.
Support the Stakeholder Engagement Program to determine strategic priorities working alongside the Reconciliation WA Team.
Oversee the recruitment and induction of RWA volunteers to assist in the delivery of Reconciliation and organisational activity. Manage workflow, expectations and performances of volunteers assigned to assist organisational activity.
Other activities as reasonably requested by the CEO that compliment the role and that support a small team delivering on a powerful purpose.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following attributes:
Deep empathy with Aboriginal history in WA.
Tertiary qualification in a related area and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years in stakeholder engagement, partnership and / or membership experience that will add value to the role.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office 365.
Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Western Australian Drivers License or access to public transport.
