Market Research Telephone Interviewer

Our CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) Department, with its talented team of Telephone Interviewers conduct over 200,000 surveys a year on a variety of subjects from opinion polls, customer satisfaction to government and social research.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Conduct telephone interviews in a professional and accurate manner with respondents
  • Achieve target response rates and data integrity scores
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be able to commit to minimum 3 shifts per week. Shifts run in the evenings Monday-Friday, and on the weekends.
  • Have the flexibility to work from home and the Melbourne CBD
  • A Windows PC to conduct work from home
  • Have the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner during "cold call" interviews
  • Have a strong capacity to display empathy and patience
  • Have mature social skills due to a healthy level of social awareness
  • Be able to demonstrate fluent and professional English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Have basic computer skills - standard web (e.g. email, website navigation) and basic technical skills
  • Previous research experience, although not mandatory, will be looked upon favourably

Please note that this is a casual position and you will be required to have the flexibility to work from home and the Melbourne CBD office. You will require your own Windows PC in order to work from home.

Complete training will be provided to all successful applicants.
