Office Receptionist Full Time

A vacancy exists within our Accounting Firm for a full-time Office Receptionist Flexible Working Hours

Duties include:

  • Handling all incoming telephone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients in reception
  • Administrative duties

Desired skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills required
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a team
  • Gook working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Confident, committed and a professional appearance and personality

Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
