About the Role

The position on offer is a Junior Administration Assistant with My Money House. This is an entry level position where you will be responsible for assisting all members of the team, carrying out general office duties (phones/filing/mail/scanning), database management and data entry. This is full time position working 37.5 hours per week 9am5pm Mon-Fri.

The ideal applicant will be a school leaver who has a desire to get into office administration, have a strong eye for detail and strong Microsoft Office skills. A proactive, can-do attitude are also a must!

Skills & Experience

  • Highly developed organisation & interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and have a flexible approach to various challenges
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability
  • Works well in a team environment but can also self-manage
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Great phone manner

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Maintaining information in our Client Management System
  • Assisting with adhoc administration tasks
  • Sorting & distributing incoming faxes
  • Scanning, filing & document control
