RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT - PART TIME - ALEXANDRIA PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC

Be part of our exciting new practice in the heart of Alexandria, Part time role with potential to grow to full time, Work with industry leading physiotherapists and massage therapists.

Part time receptionist/administrative assistant required at Alexandria Physiotherapy & Sports Injury.

The main focus of the role is to manage the front desk as well as providing support to our physiotherapists and massage therapists.

The successful candidate will enjoy great job satisfaction with loads of variety working in a dynamic and friendly environment.

Days and hours of work are flexible for up to 26hrs per week, with potential to grow to a full time role.

Essential skills and attributes include:-

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Competent computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude, reliability and commitment required
  • Hard working, punctual and self-motivated
  • Confident and personable
  • High level of time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience using a health care billing and receipting computer program an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience working within the healthcare environment an advantage but not essential
