Office Administration/Receptionist

Safe Environments is seeking a Administration Assistant/Receptionist to with day to day office duties of this dynamic growing company. We are a multi-specialist consultancy operating in the building, construction and property management industries. Our consultants are experts in building materials, ergonomics, occupational hygiene and occupational health & safety.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing customer service over the phone and answering any enquiries on behalf of the team
  • Preparation of report documents
  • Maintaining quality manuals & procedures
  • Accounts receivable / payable
  • General administrative duties
