Customer Experience Agent (Media)

What You Will Do: 

Mediaocean is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic professional to join our Customer Experience team.  In this role, reporting to the CX Manager, you will contribute to Mediaoceans success by providing application support across various channels for our clients.  Using your creative and analytical skills, youll solidify relationships with Mediaocean customers by identifying, researching, troubleshooting and resolving Media Planning, Buying and Finance questions and issues across our industry-leading platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop subject matter expertise in Mediaocean applications and associated business processes related to traditional media and digital media planning, buying and finance workflows

Monitor, route and answer incoming client inquiries through various channels, including chat, web portal, email and phone

Apply knowledge of Mediaocean applications to effectively interpret and resolve client questions and issues

Manage administrative tasks related to supporting system applications

Assist and support system applications by testing and documenting research

Help to ensure customer satisfaction through robust adherence to Mediaocean standard practices

Create and maintain internal and client facing documents relating to Mediaocean products, policies and procedures 

Who You Are:

Bachelors degree in Media, Advertising, Accounting, Business or Information Technology

1+ years of experience in application support, preferably in media advertising software

Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and manage expectations

Strong research and analytical skills

Efficient multi-tasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 

Sense of energy, pride and ownership in your performance
