National Account Manager - Property Technology

Manage and grow 20 Enterprise Accounts, Join a high growth business with big expansion plans, $105K Base + Super + Comms $175K OTE.


I am currently working with a client who offer a technology platform into the Home Building and Off-The-Plan Property space. The company has been heavily invested into and with a new partnership they will be looking to double the headcount of their team.

With a focus on B2B sales from major home builders and land developers you will form strong and long-term relationships with our key customers and prospects.


  • Playing a key role in promoting the market presence of all brands
  • Managing the existing relationships and maximise sales through their major accounts
  • Playing a key role in promoting the market presence of all brands
  • Achieve and exceed KPI’s and targets
  • Analyse sales and consumer data to identify opportunities in the market


  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Sold into or have relationships with Home Builders, Land and/or Property Developers
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • The ability to translate company / brand priorities and goals into an operational commercial plan
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • You love to plan and own the process from plan to implementation
  • Want to progress in a company
