An excellent opportunity has become available for a permanent Client Manager, to join a locally owned, but nationally established and recognised organisation that has been operating for the past 20 years. Although they have been around for some time, are very well-known in the events and entertainment industry, they still have that start up vibe and energy in their head office, located in the inner south side of Brisbane, with around 50+ staff all up. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role will join a small team of highly energized Client Managers and be part of the continued growth and success of this company, where you will manage already existing clients and aim to build on new clientele down the track, with your strong ability to establish and maintain these relationships. This role will also have the flexibility to work both from home and the office, as most client meetings at this stage are still mostly on virtual.
About the role:
The Client Manager is the client services main contact for selected company contracted clients, responsible for the creation, modification and end to end coordination of event ticketing builds and client service's needs.
Responsible for ensuring client and event information is funneled through to relevant internal departments and relevant information is funneled back to the client and relevant event stakeholders.
A member of the client services team, who may need to work closely with the Marketing and Events department. Ultimately the goal of this role is to provide an exceptional level of communication, attention to detail and negotiation skills both externally to clients and internally across departments to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
A passion within either the live music, sports, arts or entertainment industries
IT literate - experience in the use of a ticketing software or similar type applications i.e. CRM or other
Previous client/account coordination or management experience is required
High level of communication skills
Ability to problem solve and work within a team environment
Other attributes applicable to the role:
Assisting the marketing department to determine client marketing needs and communicating confirmed support for each event within appropriate time frames
Assisting the events department to determine client needs and ensuring event builds are conducive to event delivery requirements
Undertake any relevant duties that are with the client services scope as directed by the National Operations Manager
Recognise and embrace the operational requirements of the operations team through a flexible approach to work hours including but not limited shared/rostered on-call duties as required
Excellent communication both up down and across the company and client base
A calm, patient, professional and confident manner
