BCFR Chartered Accountants are seeking a Senior Administrator to join their dynamic administration team on a permanent full time basis. BCFR is currently celebrating 30 successful years in practice and is located in picturesque Melbourne Street.
The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role together with a 'can do' attitude, leadership qualities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Corporate Compliance and ASIC Skills are essential to this role. Candidates must also have knowledge of MYOB AE and Document Manager. Of course, it goes without saying that candidates will be corporately groomed, articulate, friendly and warm. Candidates should also have high attention to detail and be able to lead a small team.
Duties include but not limited to
Opening Reception in morning
Answering and directing phone calls
Relief Reception (as required)
Coffees and Refreshments for Clients
Liaising with Suppliers
Assisting Reception with the Collating end of year work
End of month reports and End of Year Comparison Reports
Generating covering letters
Management of client engagement letters
Leading the administration team
Maintaining Myob Database
Managing Apxium and Fee Synergy debtors
Taking EFT payments
Lodgement of end of year returns
ASIC Returns & Forms with CAS 360
New Company, Trust and SMSF Orders
Debt Collection & Management including liaising with lawyers Cowell Clarke.
Accounts Payable and Receivable (MYOB, Fee Synergy and Apxium)
PA Duties for 2 Directors
Daily Banking Reconciliation and Receipt into MYOB, including depositing any Cheques to Westpac
Trust Account Reconciliation and Audit Preparation including management of Authority Forms
Generating Australian Taxation Office Portal Reports
Management of Social Media Platforms and Website through Word Press
Setup of New Staff Members in MYOB AE, Drop Box and various portals.
