Administration Officer

We are looking for an Administration Officer for our small business in the consulting structural engineering field.

The position details are:

  • Permanent part time
  • School hours (8.30am 3.30pm Monday to Friday)

The Administration Officer will report to the business owner and will be responsible for:

  • Reception, including answering telephone calls, emails and greeting clients
  • Bank reconciliation and account keeping
  • Payment of accounts
  • Payroll and ATO reporting
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with reports and other documents as required.

Applicants must have:

  • Previous reception experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and typing skills
  • Knowledge of accounting packages
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
