Permanent Part Time position.

Autumn Lodge is a community based organisation providing a comprehensive range of aged care services since 1896.  We are currently seeking an experienced and suitably qualified professional to undertake the role of Administration Assistant. You will report to the Finance Manager and liaise with the CEO and other members of the Autumn Lodge team regularly.

 

Essential:

  • Demonstrated relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience of double entry bookkeeping.
  • Advanced computer skills including a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and complete tasks in order to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Clear National Police clearance certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • NDIS Workers Check.

 

Desirable:

  • Certificate IV in Aged Care or Front-Line Management.
