Design a Group are seeking a admin assistant to fulfill a full time position in our busy office.
The position is situated in Lonsdale with the hours of 8am - 4:00pm.
The role requires someone to work under a multi umbrella company consisting of 4 businesses held under the DesignaGroup of companies. The work place is extremely hands on and requires someone with the passion to help the business succeed. The role is fast paced and very diverse. Providing daily support to the Director is a must, along with support to the site supervisor, office manager, retail staff and trades as required.
Duties will include:
Manage workflow by Scheduling Maintenance and Project work to other employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Assist in training staff members and new hires
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Plus much more!

Applicants must be well presented, reliable and hardworking being the sole administration support to office manager in a fast paced and very dynamic business.
Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Proven admin or assistant experience
