About the Role

You will be the go-to person for your allocated valuers, helping them by booking their appointments and arranging the appointments in a way that benefits the valuers and the customer.

Some of the things you will be doing:

Provide administration support for our residential team.

Be the central point of contact for Tamworth.

Property searching.

Contacting clients and booking appointments on behalf of valuers.

Addressing questions/queries from customers and stakeholders.

Management of valuers calendars, ensuring adequate timeframes and a good flow.

What are we looking for Someone with the following:

Previous job coordination experience is highly regarded.

Ability to multitask with effective time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and KPIs.

A can do attitude and proactive approach.

Ability to learn and become competent in new systems and software quickly.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Knowledge of internet and database software.

High-level organisational skills and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines.

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasising the formatting of reports, eye for detail, and multiple calendar management.

Initiative and self-motivation.

Pleasant, friendly phone manner and good communication skills.

Data Entry Skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

It is a condition of employment for staff to have a Federal Police Clearance (paid for by the business).
